For 10 years now, Francine Bernardi has set up her own business, she makes and sells all kinds of pastries, jams and cakes with passion and an outstanding know-how.

Her particularity? Her basic products are mainly from her orchard.
Indeed, this retired market gardener knows how to use her products and does so wisely.
Peaches, strawberries, citrus fruits, watermelons, tomatoes etc. that she transforms in the purest respect of the Corsican culinary traditions and the seasons.

From the essentials to the Corsican specialties, Francine makes traditional desserts, frappes and cociuli with brocciu and apples (doughnuts and turnovers from the Corsican culinary tradition) but also homemade compote and others on request.

As far as marketing is concerned, it is mainly her daughter Marina who takes care of it. You can place an order with her whenever you want to order or send a package. But you can also find these famous products in the whole region of Celavu-Prunelli in different points of sale such as the Spar and the grocery store Le Petit Marché in Bastelicaccia, La Cabane in Saint-Jean de Pisciatello or Au Panier Garni at Finosello in Ajaccio.
