In the summer, you can appreciate the ancestral way of life of the shepherds of Corsica during a stop at the “bergeries de Pozzi”. The local shepherds take the animals to the mountain every year to keep away from the hot temperature.

You’ll find a valley of gentle lawns crossed by a clear stream and multiple basins, at the end of a steep walk, starting from the Ese Ski station, in Bastelica. (5h loop, from 1610m to 1953m of altitude)
